What is our production and shipping time?
We're one of the only print-on-demand services that don't outsource printing, unlike others that outsource their printing, we print everything in-house. We are manufacturers of the products we are selling. Our products proudly printed in London, United Kingdom. Once we receive your order after payment is confirmed in the AOP+ Wallet, production starts. How to order samples?
How to place a sample order? To order samples from us is easy, all you need to do is create the product with AOP+ and place a manual order. All samples will have a 20% discount/rebate. This applies to product cost only, not the shipping cost. Once you have placed your sample order, please contact us with the order number, we will credit 20% of the total amount to your account AOP wallet, which you can use further to pay with your incoming orders.
How to create a manual order?
After uploading your artwork and publishing it with AOP+, you can create a manual order in your store, this is the easiest way to pass orders to us. How our payments system works?
This how it works for the payments. It will be up to you on how you will price your products in your store and how you will set up your shipping charge to your customers. ➖ Customer place order from your store and makes the payment to your store (this will go to your Shopify account) ➖ Order placed will automatically be forwarded to AOP+ system as pending ➖ AOP+ will charge your AOP+ Wallet for the order
Multiple shipping charge
If an order has multiple items on it: for example, the order have four shirts,the 1st shirt will have the main the shipping cost charge, and the rest of the shirt will get the additional item shipping cost. Return Management System
Return Management System Customer may return your product to us. (Our UK or US address) We do a quality check and let you know. We store your products for 30 days free in UK and US (after that $.01 per lbs per day) Once you sell the same product (you can send a notice if you like) instead of printing a new one, we ship the stored product. You pay $5 flat fee + Shipping cost.

Which one is better for artwork file? PNG vs JPEG
We prefer RGB - PNG file type with 150 DPI or higher for a better print outcome, we prefer always prefer PNG. But JPEGs are fine too depends on how you will use.
